Plenary meeting is being developed as a course module plugin for Moodle 4.4+. It has an integration with the Deft response block that provides audio and video for online events, but will work for in person events without that enabled. There are also integrations provided that work with self hosted Jitsi Meet. It can also be used with other web conference solutions to provide structure if speakers are manage manually in the conference.
