Deft conferencing integration

The Plenary meeting plugin has built in support for video conferencing using Deft to provide media server support. The plenary meeting activity is able to cue speaker when they have the floor and prevent them from speaking when someone else is given the floor..

The admin should install and configure the Deft response  block and activate the service  and  video support in the site settings for the block. Audio settings may be changed if necessary. in the Plenary meeting site settings, the admin should go to the Media plugins page and enable the Deft media plugin by clicking the eye icon.

If you are enabling LTI usage, this is unnecessary as that would normally be done already of the external server.
